Over the decade, we now offer comprehensive customized electrical control panels, PLCs, instrumentation and other electrical solutions for the manufacturing industries, ship building industry, refrigeration and HVAC, railways and power sectors. Today more than 20 employees support the manufacturing process at factory premises situated in MIDC Mirjole, Ratnagiri over the shop floor area of 7000 square feet operating various machines and systems like laser cutting and CNC bending and powder coating processes.
With the right combination of technical services and automated systems we make sure that production processes in the plant runs smoothly. A broad range of services ensures complete end to end production process starting from cutting bending and sheering of MS & SS sheets to powder coat the final output under one roof. What types of electrical panels do you manufacture?
Our product range includes Main Distribution Boards (MDB), Power Control Center (PCC) panels, Motor Control Center (MCC) panels, Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) panels, solar combiner boxes, and synchronization panels for generator systems.
How do I select the right panel for my needs?
Consider your total load requirements (in kW/amps), number of circuits, environmental conditions (IP rating for dust/water), future expansion needs, and local electrical codes. Our engineers provide free load calculations and recommendations.
Do your panels comply with safety standards?
Yes, all panels meet IEC 61439 standards, carry BIS/IS certifications, and include safety features like arc flash protection, proper busbar insulation, earth leakage protection, and short-circuit withstand capacity up to 100kA.

Do you charge fees for consultations or custom designs?
Initial consultations and basic design proposals are free. Custom engineering designs beyond standard configurations may incur nominal charges, which are credited toward your final order.

What warranties do you offer?
Standard 2-year comprehensive warranty on manufacturing defects. Extended warranties up to 5 years available. Components from branded suppliers carry additional manufacturer warranties (Schneider, Siemens, ABB).
How do I maintain my electrical panel?
Annual maintenance recommended: visual inspection, tightening of connections, cleaning of dust/ventilation, thermographic scanning for hot spots, testing of protective devices. We offer AMC contracts starting at ₹5,000/year.
Can you help with upgrades or replacements?
Absolutely. We specialize in panel upgrades for increased loads, old panel replacements (Zigzag/Fuse boards to modern MCB panels), and retrofitting smart metering/IoT monitoring. Shut-down time minimized to 4-6 hours.
