PCC (Power Control Cabinets)

Power Control Cabinets (PCC) serve as the central hub for controlling and distributing electrical power within industrial and commercial facilities. They receive power from the main source such as transformers or generators and distribute it to various outgoing feeders across the plant. PCC panels are equipped with essential components like air circuit breakers (ACBs), molded case circuit breakers (MCCBs), busbars, protection relays, and metering devices. These panels ensure safe, reliable, and efficient power distribution while offering protection against overloads, short circuits, and faults. PCCs are widely used in industries like manufacturing, infrastructure, and utilities where consistent power management is critical.

MCC (Motor Control Cabinets)

Motor Control Cabinets (MCC) are specifically designed to control, monitor, and protect electric motors used in industrial operations. These cabinets consist of motor starters, contactors, overload relays, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and control devices. MCC panels allow operators to start, stop, and regulate motor performance efficiently. They also provide protection against electrical faults such as overcurrent, phase failure, and short circuits. MCCs are essential in industries where multiple motors are used, such as pumps, conveyors, compressors, and production machinery, ensuring smooth and coordinated operation.

Generator Synchronizing Panels

Generator Synchronizing Panels are used to synchronize multiple generators or connect a generator with the main power grid. These panels ensure that parameters such as voltage, frequency, phase sequence, and phase angle are matched before connecting the generator to the system. Synchronizing panels help in load sharing between generators, improving efficiency and reliability of the power system. They are equipped with synchronizing relays, controllers, meters, and control switches. These panels are commonly used in power plants, large industries, and facilities requiring uninterrupted power supply.

APFC Panels (Automatic Power Factor Correction Panels)

APFC Panels are designed to automatically improve and maintain the power factor of an electrical system. A low power factor leads to energy losses and higher electricity bills, so these panels help optimize energy usage by switching capacitor banks in and out of the circuit as needed. APFC panels include components such as capacitors, contactors, power factor controllers, and protection devices. By maintaining an optimal power factor, these panels enhance system efficiency, reduce penalties from utility providers, and extend the life of electrical equipment.

Process Automation Panels

Process Automation Panels are used to control and automate industrial processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in operations. These panels integrate programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), sensors, relays, and communication modules. They enable real-time monitoring and control of processes such as temperature, pressure, flow, and level. Automation panels are widely used in industries like manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and chemical plants, helping reduce manual intervention, improve productivity, and enhance safety.

Distribution Boards

Distribution Boards (DBs) are used to distribute electrical power to different circuits within a building or facility. They receive power from the main panel (like PCC) and divide it into smaller circuits for lighting, appliances, and machinery. DBs contain circuit breakers, fuses, and residual current devices (RCDs) to ensure safety and prevent electrical hazards. They play a crucial role in protecting wiring systems and electrical devices from overloads and short circuits. Distribution boards are commonly used in residential, commercial, and industrial installations.
